Selected products are available in your choice of two high quality materials: Stainless steel and carbon steel. Stainless steel products cost a little more but require less maintenance.
All products in our Hidehisa and SYU collections are sourced from the Toyama Hamono region of Japan.
For women and those with smaller hands we recommend “Trendy Small”. “Trendy Large” is the larger version of the same product, more suitable for men or those with larger hands. All other products are suitable for both men and women.
