We offer a full refund for goods returned in original, unused condition, at the customer’s cost, within 14 days.
If you discover any defects with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We also provide affordable repair services exclusively for Shokunin Store customers. To request a repair, please provide your order number when contacting us.
For ceramics, if an item arrives damaged, please retain a photo as evidence and contact us.
Please note that for cancellations or returns due to change of mind or personal reasons, shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund. In addition, depending on the payment method and transaction amount, payment processing fees may also be deducted.
