This Mini Sharpening Stone is specifically designed for pruning shears and flower scissors. The stone is made in Japan and crafted from the gardening shear expert brand “Ken Katabami.”

Choose one of the following options:
No.1 Mini Sharpening Stone (Thicker) is suitable for knives with harder blades.
No.4 Mini Sharpening Stone (Thinner) is ideal for tools like Bud Snippers with a thinner tip.

While there are many sharpening stones for knives, finding a small one dedicated to scissors is rare. This sharpener is compact, thin, and designed for scissors. You can sharpen scissors without taking them apart.

By using this Mini Sharpening Stone, you can easily maintain the sharpness of your tools. Please avoid applying too much pressure as sharpening stones can be brittle. Take care not to run the sharpener on the back of the blades, only the front.

Please see the following instructions for use:

1. Wearing gloves is recommended for protection.
2. Soak sharpening stone in water for 1 minute before use.
3. Sharpen main bevel, keeping angle.
4. Lightly pass on back bevel to deburr.
